Sophie Buhai offers returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that all custom orders, engraved pieces, and sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the necessary return shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Sophie Buhai pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
